Cancellation policy for transfers, wine tours, land tours, wedding reception and parties are as follow:

1. If you cancel 3 weeks before the due date you’ll get a full refund of the deposit
2. If you cancel after the 3 weeks, as per above, the deposit is not refundable.

Cancellation policy for boats rentals are the following:

1. If you cancel 7 days before the boat rental is due you’ll get your deposit back, otherwise you lose your deposit.
2. Bad weather condition no penalties will apply and a full refund of your deposit will be issued

Cancellation policy for boat tours are the following:

1. If you keep the boat reserved for 7 days or more not refund will be given
2. Bad weather condition no penalties will apply and a full refund of your deposit will be issued

P.S. Once you reserved a boat a car or a bus, a wine tour, a wedding reception or a party and paid the deposit you agreed to the above cancellation policy
