2) Villa Rufolo located at the centre of Ravello in Piazza Vescovato. The villa was built by a wealthy family in the 13th century. The villa was one of the largest and most expensive buildings of the Amalfi Coast.

At the entry of the villa you’ll find a Gothic tower called Torre d’ingresso and just after that the cloister which was partially restored. Walking through the gardens next you’ll see the Torre Maggiore a 30 meter tall this is the oldest part of the villa.

After you’ll find the Sala Dei Cavalieri which was connected with Torre Maggiore with other building that unfortunately have clasped over the century. Walking along the gardens will lead you to the Belvedere with beautiful flowers and an incredible views overlooking the Amalfi Coast.

The Belvedere is also used to host concerts of the Ravello Music Festival that takes place every year.

3) Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in Piazza del Vescovato in many of the bars that offer great food and aperitivi or alternativelly visit the Duomo which overlooks the Piazza. The entry fee for the Duomo is €3
